Integrity Clinical Oversight was founded by Melania Ballestra, a clinical research professional with over twenty years of experience across multinational trials in Latin America.
Throughout her career, a consistent gap became clear: sponsors often lack real visibility and control over CROs and vendors in the region, while limited internal oversight can lead to operational inefficiencies, quality issues, and risks to data integrity and patient safety.
Integrity was created to address this gap—bringing transparency, accountability, and proactive oversight into clinical operations.
